Landlord fee pricing guide

LANDLORD FEE PRICING GUIDE (Fee inclusive of all taxes)

 

Let only service is 1.5 weeks of monthly rent (Monthly rent X 12 divided by 52 weeks rounded to the nearest pound), which includes the following:

  • Advertising and generally marketing the Property
  • Finding a prospective tenant
  • Drafting a tenancy agreement
  • Inventory Checks in

Let and rent collection only fee is 6% of the monthly rent, which includes the following:

  • Advising as to the likely rental income
  • Advertising and generally marketing the property
  • Finding a prospective tenant
  • Interviewing prospective tenants
  • Drafting a tenancy agreement
  • Registering security deposit
  • Inventory Checks in
  • Rent collection from the tenant
  • Processing and paying the rent money (after commission deducted) to the landlord.
  • Inventory checks out

Let and full management services fee is 8% of the monthly rent, which includes the following:

  • Advising as to the likely rental income
  • Advertising and generally marketing the property
  • Interviewing prospective tenants
  • Checking references, where necessary additional security would be requested by means of a guarantor.
  • Drafting a tenancy agreement and renewing tenancy agreement where necessary at the end of the term.
  • Liaising with a Landlord's mortgagees where necessary with regard to references and tenancy agreement.
  • Registering security deposit and utilities bills
  • Inventory checks in
  • Rent collection from the tenant
  • Processing and paying the rent money (after commission or any expenses deducted) to the landlord
  • Regular inspections of the property are carried out on a quarterly basis
  • Co-ordination of repair or maintenance including arranging for tradesmen to attend the property and obtaining estimates where necessary, supervising works and settling accounts from rents received
  • Making payments on behalf of the Landlord from rents received for costs in managing the property
  • Carrying out a full property inspection and inventory checks out at the end of the tenancy and dealing with matters relating to unfair wear and tear before releasing the tenant's deposit
  • Collecting and forwarding Landlord's mail

SALES FEE INFORMATION (per property).

1% of the gross sale value.
